Relevelling brings a floor back to level when parts of the house have dropped. It can be done on its own when the stumps are still sound but have moved, or as part of a restump. You might notice a marble rolling across the floor, a gap under the skirting boards, furniture that rocks, or doors that swing open or shut by themselves. Cracks in plaster walls are also common as the house moves. When you call, we ask what you've seen and where the house is. We then come out, check the floor levels and look at the stumps and bearers underneath. You get one quote that sets out the work. If you go ahead, we lift and pack the low points so the floor sits level again. We are licensed restumpers, and we call you back as soon as possible after you get in touch.
